I prefer Liliana. It's a bit frilly, but I still think it's nice and I love that you have a choice of nicknames (Lily, Lila, Lilia, Ana...)
Leah is a fine name, I certainly wouldn't be upset to see a baby called Leah, but I just don't think it's as nice as Liliana. I think it's the "lee" sound which I find a little harsh.
