I love it, and of the two I prefer Eulalie. I'm not 100% sure on pronunciation, but I think I tend slightly more toward yoo-lay-lee. Poking around YouTube looking for different people pronouncing it, I'm finding slightly more people saying yoo-la-lee, but that isn't really the most scientific method to gather evidence so you can take that for whatever you want.
