I think Maxine is cool though.
I'm having a hard time getting behind any of the names you posted though. They just aren't appealing to me. Maxamelia is probably my favorite.
Have you thought of:
Maximilienne
Maximiliana
Maxima
Maxime (probably too similar to Maxine)
Maxina?
Maxentia (fem. of Maxentius)
Maxamina (fem. of Maximino)
Maxamine (french form of Maxamina)
Every once in a while I get into Maximilienne, but honestly Maxine is my favorite Max name for a girl.
