[Opinions] Ryan
So what do you think of Ryan? It's never really been on my radar - has always seemed sort of plain to me. But I've just been thinking about it recently and I actually really like the sound and think it has a sort of "classical" appeal. At first I thought it might be too dated but I also just noticed that it's fairly popular (within the top 100) in a lot of countries. So what do you think? Any combo suggestions?

I love it for it's simplicity. But I couldn't use it because it is my brother's middle name. You could go for the traditional American Irish name
Ryan Patrickor
Ryan Christopher
Ryan Edward
Ryan Charles
Ryan Geoffrey Anything that's not too modern pairs nicely with it.

Really not a fan. It's so immature.

I think it's a good name. I have a cousin Ryan. What I don't like about it, is that it has become a little bit forgettable, from having been so popular together with Brian.

I far prefer Brian, which actually is a classic and not a movie-based trend.

What movie? You seriously think all Ryans were named after Saving Private Ryan? Gee, that's ignorant. It was popular way before 1998.

That would be Ryan's Daughter, from 1970. You can look it up if you like, and if you like Robert Mitchum.

I dislike the name intensely. There really is no classical appeal to it at all. It's a trend, and one I believe in its death throws.
