Four years have gone by. While Wil and Bekah have not had any more biological children, they have adopted two children--a girl and a boy. They are Bekah's sister's children (cousins to the other kids). Bekah's sister, Anna, passed away in a car accident two years ago. Because she was a single mother (the father never had anything to do with the kids), Anna named Wil and Bekah the godparents for her children. 11-year-old Haley and 8-year-old Shane have fit in pretty well with the family. They aren't problem-free, but that's to be expected. The Thompsons got another dog last year--a Shetland Sheepdog named Macy. She is a wild dog, but the kids love her.
