[Opinions] Re: Hebrew names??
Naturally, some of these are stronger likes and some are kinda likes... and there are plenty of names w/ Hebr. roots and variants in other languages that I like.Josiah
Y'shua
Jonathan
John itself isn't that exciting, but I like some of its variations- both male and female
Naomi
Deborah / Devorah
Jael
Ruth I suppose would be technically Moabite, but adopted into Hebr.
Hadassah
Zipporah
Malachi
Aviva
Mayim
Shoshannah (and some variants)
Tehilah
Jesse
Yiskah looks kinda cool
Levi
Judah
Rachel itself doesn't excite me, but I like some of its variants
Jerusha
Abigail
Elizabeth and some of its variants
Benjamin
Raphael
Gabriel
Rueben
Samuel
David (when prn'd the Hebr. way rather than the En. way)
variants of Mattityahu
Ezra
Ezekiel
Noah
Daniel
Solomon
Simon
Hezekiah
Nethanel- variant- Nathanael
Israel
Isaac
Aviram / Abraham
Lavi
Baruch
Isaiah
Jeremiah
Elijah
Not so fond of Michael (more on account of its abundant use than anything), but like some variants like Miguel
Moishe
Boaz
Seth
Eden I suppose is Hebr. though I'm not sure how many Hebrews would use it as a name... It seems like more of a western name in terms of usage on a person.

Shalev
