Sorsha (SOR-shah)? I can hardly think of any. "Sory" maybe, but that's too similar to the apology "sorry". And "Sorshy" just sounds stupid. Do you have any other suggestions for me?

Well, I personaly think that Sorsha is one of those names that doesn't really need a nickname, 1. because it's so short and 2. because it's so pretty already. I think Shorshy is rather cute but I also like Orrie / Orry, Shay or Sha, maybe Sasha because it's so close. WDYT? Other than these a nickname could come from a middle name or a personality trait or feature of the child, such as if she had red hair she could be called "Red" or if her middle name was Joy or Jane you could call her S.J. or use her middle name as a nickname.

Hey, that's also a way of putting it, simply to use a character trait or something equal! Great idea, thanks! I never thought of that. *blushes* But I really like Shay and Sasha! :-) Orrie/Orry is also nice, but to me it sounds kinda masculine...! *lol* Shorshy aswell. ;-)

Hmm, they're all nice but none of them is actually a 'short form'. They're all equally long (two sillables). But thanks for your suggestions! I really like Sora and Sasha! :-)

Ros is nice, but I'd rather associtae this with Rosalind or Rosaleen or Rosa. Do you mean Sha pronounced like SHAY? That would be a nice idea! Thanks for it! :-)
