I've always liked the spelling Candice. I pronounce it KAN-dis. The one I know spells it Kandis. She does not go by Kandy.
Yeah, it's dated to me; if I met a little girl named Candice, it'd stick out to me.
When I think of the name Candace / Candice, I think of someone who's really put together and has a professional-like manner (probably because of Candice Bergen). Funnily enough, the Kandis I know is the polar opposite of that. :P
