I pronounce them all the same: uh-LON-uh. I am from the northeastern part of the US.
I know 2, and I believe they both use the Alana spelling. One of them is in their mid-20s and the other is about 4. I personally don't particularly care for it, but I don't dislike it. I'm pretty neutral on it. Were I to ever use it, I would go with either Alana or Alanna. Certainly not Alannah.
