I knew a Jonna in college. I am not a fan of any of them. It looks too simple and too john+a like someone else already said.Jonatha is really, really horrible. Sorry.

I like it well enough, but I tend to like these add-an-a feminizations. The only time I've seen Johnna IRL was on retired ballerina Johnna Kirkland, so the Johnna spelling is the most familiar to me, and it's the one I like best...but I admit I mistakenly thought her name was Johanna for the longest time. Jonatha is really awful.

I have met a Johna, but if I recall correctly she pronounced it more like JO-na. Not quite sure whether I like it or not. There are certainly many other feminine forms of John I would pick above it, if that's what you're going for.I really dislike Jonatha...

I love Johna but I am yet to find a spelling that I love. That is honestly the main thing that stops it becoming one of my favourite names.Johna looks awkward. Johnna looks better but kind of like a typo for Johanna. Jonna is okay but it reminds me of Donna, which I dislike.I'm going to say Johnna is my favourite at the moment of the bunch but I'm not smitten with it. I'd love to meet a Johna/Johnna/Jonna.I think it needs a very feminine mn though. How about:Johnna Victoria
Johnna Grace
Johnna Sophia
Johnna Calista
Johnna Mahalia
Johnna Rosalie
Johnna Delilah
Johnna Isobel
Johnna Briallen
Johnna Primrose

Meh. It's just so obviously John + a = feminine that I can't get into it.I think I would rather see Johnna. Looks like Joanna / Johanna that way.Much prefer other forms: Ioanna, Ioana, Ivana, Siobhan, Giovanna, Juanita... to me, it's like you've got all these options and Johnna is just... not as cool.
