I prefer Rebecca and Rebekah, but that is probably because I am used to seeing those spellings where I live. In Sweden, it would make sense to use Rebecka since it is a widely recognized spelling there.

I've always loved Rebecca, but definitely prefer that spelling to Rebecka. This site says that Rebecka is a Swedish variant of Rebecca, so I guess it stands to reason that I'd prefer the spelling that is most common in my country. I've seen the spelling Rebekah, which is okay, but of all of them I still prefer Rebecca.
Rebecca was the first name I had picked out for a daughter, until I decided that I liked Victoria more. There was a good chance that if I'd had a second daughter, her name would have been Rebecca. But one strong strike against it was that, at that time, it was very popular, more so than Victoria.
Any way you look at it, Rebecca, Rebecka, Rebekah, it's a beautiful name.

agree
It's a very nice name, and it's always been popular, not faddish or trendy.
But I don't like the nn Becky at all, and that goes double for Becca.
