[Opinions] Matilda/Mabel
If I wanted to give a set of twins classy, yet very matchy/twinny names would Matilda Ruby and Mabel Scarlett do it? Any thoughts?

Very nice, they have a connection to one another without being too cutesy.

Yes, that would do it. I don't encourage it, though. At all.By the way, you might want to check with Chrisell or Miranda about whether or not your sig is appropriate...

For sure I would never, ever give twins such matchy names... it's for a story character who, unfortunately, enjoys it. As for my sig, it's been up for a few days... I know Chrisell has seen it and not said anything, so thus far I am assuming it is okay. If it offends you let me know, and I will take it down. Thanks!

Well...This is a PG-13 board, and in my opinion f-word's not really appropriate for such a rating.I do love the icon, though. I wish there was a word you could use that'd convey the same meaning in both senses, but alas I can't think of one.

No problem!Already changed.I knew it bordered on too much, but I wasn't sure, so I waited to see if anyone said anything. You're right, it is a pity there is no better word, because I think the whole concept is hilarious.Anyay, thanks for letting me know. :)

No, it doesn't offend me (actually, I think it's hilarious), but I though it might offend someone else. Phew about the characters, also!

I absolutely LOVE Mabel! I really adore this name! Mabel Scarlett is a nice combo and I think it perfectly fits with second combo Matilda Ruby. I wouldn't even mind if you were going to actually name your real kid that. I really like 'em! :-)Cheers,Check Out Blinkyou.com for thousands of custom glitterz and layouts
