I don't mind Drew on a girl but I think I'd prefer to see it on a boy. At any rate, I know three male Drews and zero female Drews. I don't think I've ever come across a female Drew irl. I think it's sexy on a guy. ;)

I would rather see Drew on a girl than Drusilla "Dru". But only slightly.

And I'd rather see Andrew "Drew" than Drew by itself (for males), just because I think Drew is too nicknamey to stand alone, although of course that's just my opinion.

I think in Australia Andrews are mostly Gen X, and I'd say more would go by Andrew because Andy is pretty infantile. But I'd guess that more go by Andy than Drew.
