The only info I can give you is that they'd probably only be found in Breton (northern area of France - aka Brittany, and where Great Britain's name comes from).
The Breton language is JUST now being reintroduced during these past few years and, from what I've been told, there are very few actually familiar with the language.
Quite a few of the names on your list look like Breton versions of other names though (Yoelle - Noel or Joel, Marriannick - Maryanne, etc)
