My favorites (from the BtN site - i'm not too familiar with Greek names used these days) are:
GIRLS: Helena or Eleni/Elena, Agathe, Elisavet, Hero, Aikaterina, Korina/Korinna, Melina, Artemis, Sofia, Sotiria, Aella, Anthea, Kallista
BOYS: Ariston, Kallias, Leonidas, Lykos, Lysander, Phaedrus, Tycho, Aeneas, Damon, Helios, Andreas, Mikhael, Gavril/Gavriil/Gabriel, Elias, Nico/Nico (don't love the longer names this is used as a nickname for, but I really like it by itself - of the longer names, I like Nikola, Nikolaos, and Niklaus - although the latter isn't a Greek form), Thomas
