Year 1: Amelie’s grandfather has a heart attack. He’s home now but still weak.
Year 2: Amelie and Dean get a parakeet named Olivier.
Year 3: Amelie and Dean adopt a 5 year old girl from Ethiopia named Abeni Zuri. They’ve nicknamed her Beni.
Year 4: Dean’s older sister is killed in a car accident. It was a devastating blow to our family. She was a single mother so it was especially hard on her son. Her 7 year old son Joshua Michael moves to France to live with Amelie, Dean, and Beni.
Year 5: The couple decide they want a dog and agree Beni and Josh are old enough for one so they get a cocker spaniel named Lucy.
Year 6: Amelie’s grandfather passes away.
Year 7: Amelie and Dean have been trying to have more children but have been unable to conceive so they decide on adoption again. They adopt 16 year old twin boys from Sudan Tendaji Ekene and Kayode Tau.
Year 8: The couple adopts a second set of twin boys from Africa. These are 5 year old fraternal twins from Morocco. The twins are named Kwame Aboubacar and Anan Baako.
Year 9: The older boys bring home a snake they call Tahj.
Year 10: We take a vacation to New Zealand.
Year 11: The family adopts again but this time a 6 year old boy from Chile named Enrique Ricardo.
Year 12: This year the family adopts a 9 year old boy from India named Devdan Raj.
Year 13: I get a promotion.
Year 14: The children find a stray beagle and bring it home. They name it Pierre.
Year 15: Finally after years of trying Amelie gets pregnant and Beni gets a sister. The baby has curly, blond hair and brown eyes. We name her Charlotte Marianne.

2013: We move to England one year after marriage.
2014: Shortly after our move to England we find out we are expecting twins. May 8, 2014 we welcomed fraternal twin girls. Riley Shay has curly blonde hair and blue eyes and Catherine Olivia has wavy blonde hair and hazel eyes. Catherine is Lyle’s mom’s name and we call the baby Catie.
2015: We think the girls should grow up in a home with pets so we get a black and white cat named Lily.
2016: We go to a beach in Mexico for our 5 year anniversary. My parents watch the girls.
2017: Unfortunately Lyle’s grandfather passes away after a long battle with bone cancer.
2018: I go to a teaching convention in Paris while Lyle’s parents watch the girls since he is on tour.
2019: The girls find a snake crawling in the yard and being tomboys were not afraid of it at all. In fact, the talked me into keeping it and they call it Juju.
2020: When Lyle came home for a week in June I had something very exciting to tell him. I was 3 months pregnant. He had come home for a weekend in late February and it must have happened then. On December 10th I had our first son, a little straight red haired hazel eyed boy we named River Jacob.
2021: For Christmas Lyle’s parents got the kids a rabbit. It is brown and white and the girls named it Sundae.
2022: Sadly Lyle and I are not making it work any longer and have gotten divorced.
2023: Even though I am on my own right now I still wanted another child so I looked into adoption. I adopted a 14 year old boy from Mexico named Carlos Enrique.
2024: My parents, the kids, and I all take a vacation to Moscow.
2025: My friend Bianca got pregnant and really couldn’t care for children at this time in her life. She asked me if I would take the baby and even though I was worried how I could take 5 kids on as a single parent I agreed. Soon she found out she was pregnant with twins and told me I didn’t have to take them if I didn’t want to but I did want to. I ended up adopting her identical straight red haired hazel eyed girls and named them Autumn Beatrice and Bianca Bailey.
2026: I got remarried to a wonderful man who loves me and all my children. His name is Aleksandar Rolando Ward and he is a police officer with straight black hair and blue eyes.
2027: We get Autumn and Bianca goldfish that they name Lu and Bob.
2028: River gets a bad case of pneumonia this year.
2029: Bianca finds a toad in the yard and asks to keep it. We do and she named it Wally.
2030: We had talked about children as Alek doesn’t have any of his own but we had decided against it since I already had 6 and I was 39 and Alek was 42 but fate had other plans because in April I gave birth to a daughter with straight blonde hair and blue eyes named Shania Morgan.
2031: Four months after Shania was born I became pregnant again. On May 3rd I had another girl. This one has curly black hair and hazel eyes. Her name is Stella Alexandra.
2032: I guess once we started we couldn’t stop. On September 29th we had our 3rd daughter together Seraphina Shay. She has curly red hair and hazel eyes.
2033: We get the children a turtle named Perry.
