[Opinions] Re: Edith
in reply to a message by MariaNikolaievnaRomanova
I've been thinking of Edith a lot lately, it's rather nice, a bit old-fashioned, but has a charm to it that I really like. I've been watching the BBC mini series 'North & South' and there's an Edith in there and I love the way they say her name with their British accents. I've also read a story where it was used by a Scottish family. So because of those two associations that I've been thinking of lately I'd pair it with:
Margaret
Maxwell
Henry
Maria
John
Lennox (the character's LN in N&S)
Joyce
Mark
Celia
Billy
Humphrey
Alice
"That tounge of your's is hinged in the middle sister!"
