I'd say loo-AH-na. I almost always pronounce -ana as AH-na and -anna as AN-na.
It reminds me of LuAnn platters at Luby's (a chain of Texas cafeterias), Luanne Platter from "King of the Hill," and LouAna cooking oil. Apparently, LouAna's recipe mailing list/fan club thing is called the "Southern Fryers," and that more or less fits the vibe I get from Luana: southern fried and country, but probably not unusably so.
