Elise Caroline is really pretty.

I really like Elise, it's classy, short and sweet and easy enough to recognise/spell/pronounce.

However, I do think it's quite hard to find a good middle name for it. Caroline and Astrid are fine names, but I don't think either of them sound great in the middle with Elise.

I love Elise. I know an Elise Kimberley. She's 24.

Elise is so pretty! I added it to my pnl a couple months ago too. Personally, I love it in the middle name spot. I also love Lise.

How do you say it? It's pretty in English with 2 syllables but I really love a pronunciation with 3 syllables, it's so graceful and feels more mature. I like Elise Caroline either way, it's classic and elegant. I don't especially like Astrid but it sounds really nice with Elise if you pronounce the -e, otherwise the s sounds blur together too much.

DH and I love Elise too but as a nn for Elisabeth. For you, I love the look and flow of Elise Caroline. Elise Astrid feels hissy to me.

I like Elise a lot. I also like it as a nickname for Elisabeth.

Elise Caroline sounds great, and I guess you would use it to honor your sister? Honoring names always get a gold star from me. I like Astrid too, but not with Elise. Elise Astrid has no flow, and the combo is also too "S" heavy.
