Will and I are so happy to have our baby boy! It felt like he would never arrive. Everything went fine, Nick is now one month old. Close to the end of My pregnancy, Will and I had a small feud about when we would have a second child. I wanted to have another one soon, maybe after a year. Will, on the other hand, wanted to wait at least six years! We were both fuming, but finally Will said that we would just see what happened as things came along. We had both realized how silly we were being- duscussing when to have a second child- We hadn't even had our first! We both said we were sorry, and now find it rather funny!
The birth went fine, I wanted to have my baby naturally, but he was such a big boy that an emergency C-section was nessecary. Soon enough I hadour baby boy!:

Length: 22"
Weight: 9 lbs, 1 oz
Date of Birth: June 2
Nathan name was decided the day before I had him! I wanted to name him Jonah, which Will liked- but he really wanted to name our first son Nathan, after his father, who died when Will was thirteen. I knew how special his dad was to him, and I liked Nathan a lot, so we finally decided on Nathan Jonah. We are both really satisfied with this name!
When we brought Nathan home, we were welcomed by my mother, and Will's mother. We invited them over to help for the first few days, until we got used to being Mommy and Daddy, and then said anyone could visit. We had no trouble with Nathan, he was pretty, drowsy, but still awake most of the time.

Darius was born at 10.23pm on the 24th of January. He weighed 8lbs 3oz. He looks just like his dad with dark blonde hair and blue green eyes.

Garrett and I did argue through the later stages of my pregnancy about breast feeding though. He is big believer in it, whereas I'm keen to get Darius on a bottle for his night feeds so Garrett and I can take turns. We've reached a compromise where I'm breast feeding until Darius is 6 months old, at which time we will put him on a bottle for night feeds.

Lachlan is such a good baby, and making this a lot easier than expected for his first time parents! He was a tiny baby, at 2.7 kgs at birth. He is well making up for that now! He's not quite sleeping through the night yet, but we are working towards it.
During my pregnancy, Logan and I had a big disagreement over the nursery, of all things! He wanted blue walls for our baby boy, while I was all for purple so we wouldnt have to re-paint further down the track!
Finally we both decided on pale lemon walls with mint green finishings. Already Lachlan has been spoilt rotten by the grandparents, with his nursery containing his crib, dressers, change table, rocking chair, rocking horse (!) and lots and lots of keepsakes.

Remington was born quite quickly for a first child, he was born with dark curly hair and very dark eyes. He was almost nine pounds so he is a big baby.He is very serious baby, though whilst we were discussing what to name him we ran by a whole bunch of names and when we got to Remington he cooed. Cedric was intreiged by this and said Remington again and the baby did the same thing.
I was slightly dissapointed as i had hoped to call him Algernon or Archie, but i have learnt to love it.
His nursery is sky blue and Cedric's brother Eamonn has painted fluffy white clouds. The nursery furniture are all antiques made by my great-grandfather and handed down.
During the pregnancy we got into a fight over where to give birth to Remington. I wanted to give birth in England and Cedric wanted him to be born in Ireland, but we decided in the end that he should be born in Scotland.

He barely slept at all through the night in the begining, but he has gotten much better now. His nursery is a pale green with white and cream accents. His crib is round and there is an antique rocker sitting in the corner. It wasn't cheap to decorate but it was so worth it. Our first child, Gideon Albert, was born two weeks ago weighing in at 8 and a half pounds (about four kilos, I think). He has beautiful blue eyes (all babies do, I guess, but I can't help bring it up, I love his eyes), and he has a shock of thick blond hair in the center of his head, which is funny because both Xavier and I have dark hair. He slleps through the night fairly well for his age, I expect, but he does wake up at least once or twice during the night to be fed and changed, and he sleeps a lot during the day, which allows me to rest for a while during the day to recover from my lost sleep at night. However, when I go back to work again in a few months I won't have that luxury, and I'll be even more ehausted than the averge young mother or young doctor. Which brings me to the worst part of my pregnancy. When it came time to tell my department head about taking maternity leave, Xavier argued that I should quit work until Gideon was older because of my erratic hours. When Gidoen was born, however, and Xavier realized how much diapers and formula would cost, he decided that any extra income (despite potential sleep sacrifices on his part) would be quite helpful, especially with a new mortgage. On a happier note, the nursery is beautiful. We didn't know the gender of the baby before he was born, so we wanted it to be gender neutral. It's a light green color, with pretty blue and white sheers (my amazing mother-in-law bought the blue sheers after Gideon's birth) and a blue comforter (also from my mother-in-law).

We have wonderful news! After nine long months, I gave birth to Wil's and my first son! Wil and I finally settled on the name Gregory John, or Greg for short. Greg is the most perfect baby any parent could wish for. He doesn't sleep completely through the night yet, but wakes up normally around one am, then will sleep until 7 am or so, when Wil gets up to get ready for work. We painted Greg's bedroom white, but it has green and yellow borders because we didn't want to know whether our first baby was going to be a boy or a girl. Greg is wonderful and we are so thankful to have him.
Unfortunately, Greg unknowingly caused a small rift in our relationship. I continued to work part-time as an elementary school aide up until I was seven months pregnant. Wil didn't like that I was working that long and he also didn't like that I did all the normal things I usually do--go shopping, clean the house, go out with friends...We got into a big argument over this little thing and didn't speak to each other for about a day. After that, neither of us could stand it anymore. We made up, then attended a few counseling sessions and our marriage is stronger for it.

Our first son, Grant Thomas Fuller was born Jan. 12, 2006. He weighted 6 lbs. 8 oz. Brady's mom wanted to help in the first few months but she is driving me crazy! She's always telling me I'm doing it wrong. Like the other day when I was finished folding laundry she comes over and refolds everything saying I'm not doing it right. Brady and I have got into many fights about her. Hopeful I can find a way to get her to leave.

One month ago, Charlie and I welcomed our pride and joy, Lachlan, into the world. He weighed exactly seven pounds and was twenty-one inches long. He is as cute as a button, a spitting image of his father.
We painted the nursery royal blue (we found out what we were having instead of waiting to be surprised) with a white trim. And of course, because Charlie is such an avid sports fan, the crib bedding depicts various items of sports equipment, and we have little jersey onesies ready to go. Even the mobile is football-themed.
So far, Lachlan hasn't slept through the entire night yet. He's pretty demanding, and if he doesn't get what he wants, he'll keep on crying. Charlie and I definitely have not had a good night's sleep in a while, but just the feel of holding Lachlan in my arms makes it all worthwhile.
During my pregnancy, I got into a huge argument with Charlie about what the baby would be named. It probably wouldn't have escalated so much if it hadn't been for my stupid hormones! I had been dead-set on using the name Llewelyn; Charlie was convinced that 1) it was a dumb name and 2) the kid wouldn't even know how to pronounce it. He suggested Lachlan, which I liked but wouldn't admit to him because I was angry. In the end, though, I took one look at my baby and said, "He's a Lachlan, all right."

During my pregnancy, I got into a huge argument with Charlie about what the baby would be named. It probably wouldn't have escalated so much if it hadn't been for my stupid hormones! I had been dead-set on using the name Llewelyn; Charlie was convinced that 1) it was a dumb name and 2) the kid wouldn't even know how to pronounce it. He suggested Lachlan, which I liked but wouldn't admit to him because I was angry. In the end, though, I took one look at my baby and said, "He's a Lachlan, all right."

Zach wanted to name Drew after his grandfather who had some crazy name that I couldn't even pronounce. I liked Andrew. We finally settled on Andrew together and Zach and I both liked the nickname Drew.
