Do you like Raya for a girl? Pronounced RAH-ya? Do you prefer Raia or Raja?

I've never heard Raya before. It sounds pretty.

I really like Raya in general, but living in the U.S., RAY-a would be a better pronunciation for me to go with if I were to use the name. RAH-ya sounds a bit odd with my accent.

I've never seen Raya before. It's a good thing you asked about Maya, and Kaya because I wouldn't have used a long "i" sound for Raya. I would have thought it was "RAY-uh."
Raya is pretty. It reminds me of Raisa, Reina and Mireille / Mireia / Mireya. But you/she will probably have to pronounce it for others. Then again, maybe I'm just not plugged in on this one.
