Yesterday I met a woman named Rosario. She's in her late 40s, and she's from Cuba. I had it on my mind, so I'll post it here.

What do you think of Rosario for a girl?

I kind of like it, but as similar names go, I like Rocio more. Rosario does make me think of the actress Rosario Dawson, by the way.

I'm a bit fan of Rent so it makes me think of Rosario Dawson.
I like the name, but I'd never use it outside of a book, personally.

Gorgeous. I love feminine names ending in an "o" sound. Rosario starts out like a conventional feminine name, all rosy etc. But then the ending is a wake-me-up moment. Love, love that.
