Finally, we have all settled down. After the drama school was up and running and Autumn, Solstice, Janis and Dylan had settled in, Morgaine had a breakdown and when they did a lot of test in the hospital, they found out, that her lung had collapsed. Morgaine had to stay in hospital for nearly 4 months, and when she finally came out, Arthur had lost his job. He had taken time of to look after the kids, and they had to let him go because the school he works at, can't afford to pay him without him working. As Morgaine has to take it easy from now on, she can't manage the drama school either and they had to sell the mill to move to a little town called Auchtermuchty. They bought a 6-bedroom house with a big garden for Morgaine to work in with the money they had got for the Mill. At least all the work they had put into it payed off and they got alot more than they had payed in the first place. But it was still a very sad move to make.
Arthur works in the local high school as an english and music teacher and gives private music lessons in the evenings. He also does a weekly philosophy and quickly gained the respect of the people in town.
Titus and Rachel got married 3 years ago! Rachel was pregnant and Titus had thought about proposing anyway. They had a lovely wedding with their newborn girl in the highlands and Leila and Lana were aloud to be bridesmaids! Elliot was the best man and ringholder.
A year ago they had another child, a little brother called Samuel Blake "Blaki" for Hannah Dawn "Dawn". Dawn has Titus' green eyes and auburn curly hair, Blaki still has baby-blue eyes and a mop of black hair.
Elliot has accomplished his dream of becoming a stuntman, especially after Lionella dumped him. He moved to London, but came home when Morgaine was ill. Now that she is more or less healthy again, he has moved back to London and finished stunt school. He is doing fine, with a lot of jobs and nothing serious having happend yet. He mentioned a girl named Becky. When Morgaine and Arthur asked him, who she is, he told them, that she is his girlfriend of two months and her name is Hannah Joan, but he calls her Becky because of a german actress called Hannah - Rebecca Herzsprung. Her name means "heartjump", and as she made his heart jump, he calls her Becky. Very sweet.
Leila has given up acting, because she finds it hard to live up to Morgaines reputation (bless!) and decided to take the sponsorship for the music academy in London in autumn. She bought a puppy the other day and named him Haendle, after her favourite classical composer. ("Why shouldn't I name him Haendle, there was even a film with a dog called Beethoven!"). He is still a young dog and a collie.
Lana came back from a trip to Manchester married 5 months ago!
He is allready 31 and the family strongly dislike him!
His name is Adrian Hugo Bradley (the surname) and he is a traindriver and already has a 10 year old son named Brett Patrick Kane who lives with his mother and a 7 year old girl named Harper Alison Gianna who lives with her mother. Now Lana told us, they are discussing moving together with the kids in Manchester and Lana becoming an housewife. (Lana still lives at home as Adrian is always on the way and only has a one-room flat.) Morgaine and the rest of the family are trying everything to stop this happening. Everything has been going downhill since she left the music academy when she was 13.
Autumn tried to help, but she had her own problems. She has gotten over them and is now studying to become a doctor ("So no mother will ever die of breastcancer again.")
Solstice and Dylan have just set of for a world tour with their cousins Timur and Manon, planning to visit their birthplaces in India and Russia.
Janis still lives at home and helps Morgaine with the housework (she can't do to much at once) and with Matthew.
Christopher is a fisher and lives with his girlfriend Alison only a few miles away.
Matthew is 10 and finally gotten out of his shell. When Morgaine was seriously ill, he ran away and when they found him in a little hut a few miles away hours later he wouldn't talk. Janis then had a serious talk with him, nobody knows what she said, and afterwards he agreed to talk to a psychologist. He now goes there regulary once a week and has been "reborn". He is like a different child! He is still quiet and shy, but he has become good friends with a boy named Logan in their new hometown (a new start for him) and they now enjoy playing chess and other board games. Lately, he has even asked, when he can go to normal school like Logan! Will this finally let him become more sociable?!
Gideon's (Morgaine's brother) stepsons Patrick and Philipp both married in the last four years.
Patrick married Caitlin and they had twins only months after the wedding. They are called Harper Mary and Skylar Hope and are bubbly 4 year olds now.
Philipp married a girl called Gina Harley, 28.
Paul outed himself 2 years ago and has been going out with a man called Terrence for the last 8 months. Gideon is glad, that Paul has finally found his place in life.
Pia recently said, she never wants children, but Polly said, she can't wait to have a big family just like her parents!
Peter has started studying graphic design, Patricia is doing a work placement in Africa in a hospital. Pasqual is doing his A-levels this year and Percy, Pandora and Pearl are still at high school.
Arthur's sister Fern's daugther Caitlin and the late Zoe's son Benjamin are folk singers with a good reputation and have gigs at folk festivals and in pubs and town halls every other week.
Liam, Caitlin's twin brother, is in IT and their (adopted) brothers Manon and Timur on a world tour with Solstice and Dylan. Their sister Usha is a happy 13 year old with a lot of friends.
Tara, Arthur's sister, is still a workaholic and happy with her life.
His brother Owen and wife Paige's daughters are doing fine. Rebecca is thinking of becoming a hairdresser and Samantha, who has a 6 year old son named William, is training to become a primary school teacher. Paul, William's dad, still takes responsibility for the child, visits him and they even go on holiday's together. Samantha was the first to now he was gay, and they have allready explained it to William. William has "two daddys, dad and Terry".
