Cassiopeia is wonderful. So much rich imagery that comes with it.
I say, "cass-ee-uh-PEE-uh / cass-ee-o-PEE-uh," but I've also heard "cass-ee-uh-PAY-uh / cass-ee-o-PAY-uh" as well. (I'm in the U.S. if that matters.)
The trickier part is what to combine it with. Do you look for a short name that doesn't try to vie for attention with showy Cassiopeia? Do you go for something conventional to balance out Cassiopeia's exotic vibe, or something exotic to match it? Is a puzzle.
