I didn't get to all of them, but these are my thoughts.

Arabella: I love it. It reminds me of guitars and fireflies on a summer evening. Since you're looking for an "unconventional" nickname, I'd go with Rebel.
Katarzyna: I'm not that into Katherine varients, but the Eastern-Europeanness of this makes it interesting. For the nickname, Tarzan maybe?
Valeria: I'm torn on this one. On the one hand, it's very regal. On the other, it rhymes with malaria. I'll say Lyra for a nickname.
Arya: I like it, but I like Aria better and I like that as a nickname for other things.
Francesca: Beautiful. For some reason, the "ces" part made me think that Chestnut would somehow be a nickname.
Michelina: Twice as good as Michaela and a hundred times better than the weird spellings of Michaela. Kel as a nickname?
Mirabella: Although this name reminds me of a sweet, virtuous woman, Rebel could be a nickname for this the same way it could for Arabella.
Veronica: I love this name a lot because of the legendary association and because I like the conventional nicknames (Vera, Roni, Nica). I can't think of any unconventional nicknames though.
