Yes, I would, as a middle name, if it was honoring. I don't understand why so many people place so much importance on having to like a middle name. I mean, if you're not going to honor or use a family name, then sure, you pick a middle name you like. But if you'd like to honor or to use a family name, that to me is so much more important than liking the name, that I don't understand the rationale behind declining to use it because one doesn't like it. A first name, yes, a middle name, no.
