Whoa I was just thinking about this name. And about how much I prefer -e ending names to names that end in -a now. They're so refreshing.
I like Diane. It still seems quite dated but it's nice and I like it much better than Diana. I think -e ending names will be back in style in 20 years or so.
I wouldn't pair it with something else that is perceived as dated by many. So no Diane Mabel (even though I love it) etc
Diane Calista is nice. Or something even more modern sounding or something that's perceived as attractive. Diane Melody, Diane Aubrey, Diane Estella, Diane Juliet. Just nothing too dated because I wouldn't like to have two dated names that haven't come back into style, like Doris Mildred or something (I like Mildred, though).
