Oh dear. When I saw the heading, I assumed you were thinking of a girl/boy combo.Suzanna sounds wonderful, but looks as if it or you were trying too hard. Susannah or Suzanne would be an improvement. And if you must use Robin for a girl, why not show your hand and use Robyn?

That reminds me, I was thinking about having Bradley and Robin in a sibset!

Robin is cute and I think I like it best on its one (I'm not a huge fan of Roberta). I like Robin spelling, just like the bird. As for Suzanna I don't really care for the "z". I like the more traditional Susannah spelling and I'm not sure I would give her a nick name. I love the sound of Susannah so much that I wouldn't want to shorten it.

I should like Robin on a girl ... but I don't. I've known many, and my impression of it is: middle aged, competent, plain. So it's not bad, but it doesn't have any appeal and it seems a little anemic and unsexy. The spelling Robyn gives me a similar vibe to Mysti or Krystal.Roberta is nice but I dunno about nn Robin. Birdy (= Bertie, because it's ruh-BIRD-a in my accent) seems like a better nn for Roberta to me.I prefer Susanna but Suzanna is alright. Suzanna looks 1970s-ish to me. It's better without an H on the end, either way. I like Susan better than Suzanna (hm. Every time I go to type the name Suzanna, I type "Sex-" and have to backspace. Weird). I like nn Sue or Susie for any Sus- name.

I like Robin as a nn better i think. But i like the nn Roe for Robin/Roberta too. The spelling Robin over Robyn. For Suzanna, not sure on which spelling i prefer Susanna maybe?, Suzanna is a nice spelling. I must have seen this somewhere because for a combo i imediately thought of Suzanna Paige.. Susanna Lucy?.For a nn.. how about Zuzu? (zoo-zoo) or Susu (with the Susanna spelling), there is Sukie too, or Zanne/Sanne.

Suzanna could grow on me. It is cute spelled that way, even though I'd probably opt for Susannah.Robin I only like for a boy. On a girl, it's too drab.

I'd love to see a little Roberta, but there's nothing wrong with just Robin...but I do prefer it for boys, I admit. I don't like the Robyn spelling at all. Despite loving Suzanne, Suzanna looks very wrong to me. I prefer Susanna, followed by Susannah. My favorite nicknames are Susie, Sukie, Sunny, and Annie.

Just Robin would do fine. I don't like Robyn at all.I prefer Susannah to Suzanna. Nickname ideas...Zann? Zanna? Of course, there is always Suzie or Sue.
