About 5 years ago I met an old woman, I think she was in her eighties, named Isolene, and it's fascinated me ever since. It's pronounced I-so-LEEN, not sure how to write that exactly, the first 2 syllables are like in "isolation". I can't find any origins or usage information, think maybe her parents made it up.
