My stock twin for Alice is Celia! It's an anagram, but people mostly don't think about anagrams, and the names have the same feel to me.
Suzanne or Suzette would work too, though perhaps not so well with Lucy. Helen? Laura?

I agree, Celia and Alice are great together! Plus Lucy, which makes them all three have the L and soft C sounds. It's a little matchy, but I actually think it's pretty cool.
