Jacoby has become one of my favorite names over the past few weeks. I love the Italian spelling Giacobbe or the spelling Jacobi.
Corbin- in my crazy little mind- is a name I would use for a girl. IMO Korbin looks more masculine but I still wouldn't use this name on a boy period.
So, I really like both, more or less Jacoby.
I'm not super great with boy's names let alone middle names but I'll throw some out there that I think aren't too bad.

Jacoby Christopher
Jacoby Graham
I'll only give you female middle names for Corbin- so no use (:
