Help[Opinions] Ashrel?
Do you think this could be a nice variant of the Hebrew name Azarel? My husband and I are considering it for our next boy. Our first child's name is Gabriel Evan. We are thinking Ashrel Jayden for our next (we might call him Ash or AJ). We'd like as many opinions as possible please, Thanks!

I love Azreal for a girl and for a boy. (My only problem was the AZ part because of the way it sounds like a bad word.) I love the way you changed in to Ashrel. That is very cute and I like it. I'm a little ify about the name Jayden. I know too many girls with that name. To me , it belongs on a girl. Maybe you should think of another J name.

Thanks for the compliment on the name. I've put a lot of thought into it. Does Jaden sound more masculine?

It could be, but I like Azarel better. Gabriel Evan and Azarel Jayden is a nice sibset, although I personally would try to find another mn for Azarel - or at least spell it Jaden so that the spelling fits better with the name. I would use Ash as the nn with either name - I'm not really a fan of calling someone by their initials.

I prefer Azarel, and I dislike the name Jayden on anyone. I'd prefer other J names, like James, John, Jonathan, etc.
