Eunice: You-niss (like katniss, but You instead of Kat)
Kaya: Ky-uh, but I can also see a smaller group of people pronouncing it Kay-uh

I don't think anyone would ever pronounce a spelling like "Eunice" as "yoo-NEES."You would almost need to spell it Eunese, like a Bernese Mountain dog, or something similar.
