Oh, I thought you really were asking about Silivia (Silvia + Olivia?)!
I love Sylvia. My grandfather's sister was named Sylvia-- she died of TB or something when she was a teenager, so I always thought it would be nice to name someone after her. I prefer this spelling, but Silvia is nice, too.

Sylvia Frances
Sylvia Esme
Sylvia Esther
Sylvia Hester
