I am rather surprised. I have met a Lillian that is 3 years old and a Lillian that is less than a year old...it does seem kind of odd to me, they seem like "old" names to me. But I think it is interesting on them. However, I am not sure if they are called Lillie, I have only ever heard them called Lillian.

I do like Lillian, it is one of my grandma's names...she is usually called Lil...Yes, I do like the name Lillian.
