Nah. Too much for me altogether.
That said, I've occasionally encountered a sibset who would actually fit: a boy named Andrew, whose parents called him Pin or Pinny because of his inordinately thin legs. In due course he acquired a little sister, pleasantly named Caroline, and nicknamed Minnie as a kind of tribute to or echo of her brother. Pinny and Minnie. Friendly, pleasant, sensible children. All you can do is shake your head and move on.
Back to the realm of the imagination: I've often wondered if the world contains a sibset of Barry, Garry, Harry and Larry. And the girls could be Dolly (Dorothy), Molly (Maria), Olly (Olive or Olivia) and Polly (who would have to be Pauline, since a Mary name is taken). Perhaps their parents had considered Jolyon for a boy, turned it into Jolyann and nned her Jolly?
