I'd prefer Scarlett Eve and Jasmine Sophia.

Scarlett and Jasmine are really nice for twins, they go so well together.
Harper I really don't like, plus I don't think it goes well with the name.

The FNs are great together, but I prefer Scarlett Eve and Jasmine Celeste.

Scarlett and Jasmine sound a little bit too Disney or cartoonish as twins or even sisters. I don't like Scarlett anyway, it's just over the top. Scarlett Harper is terrible.
I do like Jasmine. Maybe not Jasmine Celeste, which sounds like perfume.
Scarlett Eve sounds porntastic.

They go together decently, but I don't care for Harper. I like Brielle, though. How about Scarlett Ainslie and Jasmine Brielle?

Scarlett Ainslie and Scarlett Eve flow well. I like Adele and Claire quite a bit, but the other two sound better with Scarlett.

All of the Jasmine combos are nice. I like Jasmine Celeste the most.

I don't like how the beginnings of the names rhyme - Scar Har. I think any of your other Scarlett combos is better than Scarlet Harper. My favourite is Scarlett Claire.

Jasmine Brielle is nice and easily beats the other three Jasmines.
