Dalia. It's less fussy.

I greatly prefer Dahlia, which screams class and elegance. Dalia lacks all of that, for me.

Dalia (DA-lee-a). Dahlia is pronounced DAY-lee-a where I live (not sure why since there's clearly an H in there. Perhaps whoever designed that pronunciation was thinking of the word "dale", which is a cognate of the Swedish Dahl/dal.), and I don't particularly like it. Dalia looks more international.

Using it to commemorate Salvador Dali would be cool. I mean, he designed the Chupa Chups logo.

I prefer Dahlia, so that it's more closely tied to the flower. It looks incomplete without the h.

I'm so accustomed to seeing Dahlia that Dalia looks wrong. Still, either spelling is beautiful as is the name itself.

Dahlia is pronounced 'day-lee-ah' in the UK (where I live) so I'd be more inclined to use Dalia to get the 'dah-lee-ah' pronunciation.

I prefer Dalia--streamlined and pretty with no "Black Dahlia" association.

I prefer Dalia if you want the Hebrew "branch" - I like this name a lot
Dahlia if you want the flower - pron. day-lee-uh in the UK, which I don't like as much for a girl's name as the dah- pronunciation (one thing that puts me off dahlia plants is their attraction for earwigs!)

Dahlia for me.

I prefer it with the h. Without it, it seems like there's something missing. Regardless, though, the name is very pretty.

I prefer Dalia, which I really love. It looks less messy -- the H in the middle of Dahlia bugs me.

Where I live, Dahlia is the plant and is pronounced DAYleea, same beginning as Daisy. Dalia is Hebrew and pronounced DAHleea; also a plant name but no connection with the flowers.

Dahlia doesn't sound human to me, so I'd go for Dalia.
