In spanish, the letter x is pronounced like the ch in the scottish word loch.
So it is approximately ee-khay-ah. I don't know where the stress lies.

It's not a Spanish name; it's Aragonese. (Sorry if I didn't make that clear in my original post.) They're quite different languages. In Aragonese the letter x is pronounced /sh/ (as it was pronounced in Old Spanish, I believe).
