Help[Opinions] Taryn?
What do you think of the girl's name Taryn? I quite like this name as an alternative to the more common Tara.. thoughts?

I actually really like it! It doesn't really fit in with my other names, which are classic and quite feminine. I don't know what I like about it, but I think it's really pretty

Funny, I know a woman who worked as a stripper names Taryn. :)

I loved it when I was a kid, I thought it was the coolest. I knew one girl by that name, I think that's where I first heard it. Now it's not really my style, but I don't hate it either. I really dislike Tara, always have, and think Taryn is a much different sort of name but does make a good alternative.

It isn't terrible, but I don't really like it. Anyway, tara is not very common for babies now so a little Tara wouldn't be lost in a crowd like she might have been twenty or thirty years ago.
