I'd say Kia, but I could certainly understand it being pronounced Kaya / Kaia. Too bad the parents didn't choose one of those spellings. I like Kiki better, btw. :-)

Personally Kia. but with more a -yah end than simply -ah. I'm unsure how someone could get Kaya.

I first heard the name a few years ago and used it in a few stories. I think it's intuitive to say kye-ya. At least to me.
