I do like Anemone; I agree that it sounds and looks pretty. And I like that it brings to mind ocean images. But I also acknowledge that it's not very realistic for real-life use. Definitely not a first name. I am of the opinion that basically anything goes for middle names, so I'd say go ahead and use it there.
