[Opinions] Re: Zelda
in reply to a message by Lily
Zelda was my nn in college. I picked it for myself thinking it would never stick. It was the only one of the group which stuck through four years. Some people knew me only as Zelda. I loved it.Zelda is cool and vampy and awkwardly beautiful. Zellie is a darling nn. I have a soft spot for the formal Griselda too, but it's definitely not everyone's cup of tea.I heard a few years back that Keira Knightly had signed on to star in a biopic about F. Scott FitzGerald's wife, Zelda. But I haven't heard anything about it since then. I was hoping it would popularize the name, or at least give it a different association than the video game and now apparently a character in "Pet Sematary" (sic).
