"Certain" without the t is pretty much spot on. That's the closest you can get if you want to pronounce it the Swedish way (Sören)
I see that someone else has already describe the Danish pronunciation (Søren).
You could also decide to ignore the origin of the name and just go woth SORE-en. I guess that's how you intuitively pronounce it if you are from an English-speaking country.
