Ari for Zachariah and Ian for Damian / Adrian make sense to me, the others don't really seem intuitive to me. Maybe Reno if you're pronouncing it RHEN-O but not if it's REE-no like the town. Similarly if Gene doesn't make much sense since Genesis starts with JEN and Gene is GEEN.
