Thanks everyone for your input. Definately a name i'll consider for a daughter although none of the middle names are standing out at the moment but sure something will inspire x

Common in my generation and kind of tired sounding, but I like it. Nicer than the ubiquitous Emma.Italian combos for linguistic purity:
Gemma Valentina
Gemma Valeria
Gemma Claudia
Gemma Lucrezia
Gemma Sofia
Gemma Letizia
Gemma Lucia (prefer the English pronunciation)

I love Gemma! I came up with the combination of Jemma Danielle for a story character once (she was named for her grandfathers, Jeremy (Jem) and Daniel). I will try to think of some others for you as well.

Gemma VivienAnything that isn't a noun. Gemma comes from "gem" so especially avoid combos like Gemma Pearl or Gemma Ruby. :-)
