Maximilienne definately! It sounds really cool. Well, they bother do but Maximiliana sounds a bit posh and would be harder to write. Maximillienne is classy and nice to look at.

Maximilienne, because I'm less of a fan of "ah" endings on a name if there's an alternative. It cuts back on some of the frill. :-)

Maximilienne, because I find it a bit prettier, and because names like Maximiliana have just an "a" to make it feminine, while Maximilienne has a bit more imagination and class.

Maximiliana. It's a little more familiar to me, and sounds a bit better. But the reason it's more familiar is a silly one--there's a character on a soap opera with this name. :b On General Hospital, there's a girl named Maria (sounds like Mariah, after her grandmother) Maximiliana nn Maxie. Don't ask me why her mn is Maximiliana, though there is a reason, but I can't remember. lol I can't get past the 'maxi pad' reference, so I can't see myself EVER using this as a nn for a girl, but I find it somewhat charming nonetheless. :)
