No, sorry. I'm very surprised that it is listed as unisex in many name books. I've never met a female Troy, and I don't think it looks or sounds remotely feminine. I don't even really like it as a name in general, but I do see it as masculine.
I don't really have an opinion on Troja since I'm not Swedish or from any of the other Scandinavian countries, so it's a foreign name for me and that makes it difficult to judge.
