I think Etta is really sweet. Juliet "Etta" does work, but is a bit of a stretch. Juliette or Julietta might work, though?
Henrietta is lovely. Harriet is similar, but has a different nickname. If you really like the name Etta for a baby, I would just change the cat's name! It's not like the cat would know...
Henrietta and Theodore would be a very handsome sibset.
