1. How would you automatically pronounce Gustav?
= GU-stav.
2. Does it sound too ethnic for an American child? (our last name is Dutch - Van Hook)
= Pass here since I can't know that one.
3. Do you at all like it?
= I love it, and that even before I had a nephew being named that.
4. Can you think of any alternatives?
= No I can not.
